Through gratitude anything is attainable.
By recognizing the things that you are grateful for and expressing this gratitude you allow yourself to become a better you. A you that is free from all things unnecessary. Gratitude teaches that what you have is already enough. In modern society the majority of us have way more than what is necessary to survive.
When expressing gratitude we show our thanks for the things we are privileged with, the experiences that have shaped or characters, the relationships we have, the sunsets that we are able to watch, the activities we are able to participate in, the good we are able to do, the food that we are able to eat, ect.
The more things you are able to find gratitude through the better you will feel about yourself currently and the better you will become in the future.
Challenge yourself to stop at anytime during the day (weather it’s once a day or every time you see a cupcake. You decide.) and think of at least one thing that you are grateful for at that moment.
Let your attitude be a reflection of your gratitude.
